Procedure of camncellation of anticipatory bail

REGARDS

Sir,
My query is that,

A person wanted in a criminal case has been successful to be granted ANTICIPATORY BAIL allowed by the vacation bench of the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court. The bench was a two Judges Bench.

Department is on to cancel the said anticipatory bail. Kindly show me the way to do so...

This is Urgent, please someone help, because diverging opinions are coming from the part of the Ld.Advocates...

In Calcutta High Court the anticipatory bail is heard by division bench only which comprises two Judges.

The bail once granted is difficult to set aside as per the dictum established first in Dolat Ram case and thereafter in very many cases.
However this does not mean that bail once granted can never be cancelled especially the peculiar circumstances so warrants.

So if the order of baila and the facts surrounding it can be known that further advice could be rendered.
