As per law there is no time limit to disclose, But you will have to disclose when occasion arises, otherwise estoppel will apply on you.

It seems the querist is not serious even towards his query.
Satya nand aggarwal (Expert) 04 June 2014
Dear experts, this query is pending because of the reason that the the person did not disclose his identity . My query is whether it is necessary to disclose the identity, if yes, then why. This is just for my information as to my knowledge we are should not be concerned with it. I may be wrong enough. This is with due respect.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 June 2014
Satyanand Sir! A problem had arisen 3 years back here when some unknown querist deliberately started harassing the experts and even started abusing them if they didn't like advice. All those were anonymous. The detailed complaint was made to Admin and his intervention was sought. A lot of hangama had taken place. Many experts were suspended. Many stated boycotting the site and ultimately a compromise had taken place vide which it was decided that the experts shall not entertain the querist not showing his identity and Admin shall keep proper record of every querist so that in case of any adverse situation, a notice may be served to him.

Anyway, as I was one of the experts to that compromise, I shall keep on following it and it depends upon you to follow it or not but in the larger interest of the experts and the site, you should not adopt separate thought.
