My neighbour is troubling me by installing AC Generator outside my bedrooms window. I have complaint about the same to my neighbour and to the society also. But till today I remain helpless. ..please suggest me what should I do? Can I filed a civil petition against him in any court and if so then what will b the procedure and format for the same and in which court. I live at Sewri, Mumbai - 400015. ...please suggest. Thanks in advance

Are you living in some society?
Why has he done so?
Has he got alternate space?
What type of trouble are you facing?
Does it restrict your free move in / out of your house.
Discuss with local lawyer. Can send legal notice.
However, any legal step would destroy your relation for years.

Yes he has alternate space. He install his AC Compressor exactly in front of my bedrooms window. Since the installation of the same I have to closed my window for all time because it emits hot gases which is hazardous to the health of me and my family. I tried to lodge police complaint but they told me that this not a criminal activity and they can't do anything in this matter. I have also send legal notice to him and society also but again I remain helpless. Local advocate suggest me to file a civil petition against him. ..but I want experts opinion in this matter
