Prevent me from my landlady

Dear Sir, Due to cheated by landlady our issue is going on in civil court. Now she is playing mischief and trying to trap me in criminal offence.Is there any method to take precautions by Indian law that can keep me safe from any police action.

No preventive measures can be taken except taking of anticipatory bail.
If you have prima facie proof of intimidation you can file criminal case against her.

I have taken a rented Shop and after my agreement and security amount, my landlady has refused to provide elecrification, Than I went to HC and got order for electrification, now the landlady is trying other methods ....please help
