Pre charge evidance in Indian Penal Code

Sir in a private complaint u/s 420 IPC filed against accused for inducing me with false assurance of repayment of borrowed amount through cheque with knowledge that his assurance was false and thus causing wrongful loss to me and wrongful gain to himself.The court after recording my preliminary statement took cognizance of the offence and issued summon to accused and after the appearance of the accused the case is now at the stage of Pre charge evidance.I want to know that on the next date what kind of evidence has to be adduced by me as I have already filed all related documents and recorded my preliminary statement ?

You have to appear in the witness box and repeat the allegations from your mouth.Then refer the documentary evidence as well.

Sir is there any time limit to conclude our evidence in pre charge evidence on the next date or we may take enough time for the same ?
