Power of authority with sale rights

hon sir, my property is in maharashtra where as my anty stays in hydrabad she died in last year i want to get power of authority from his son. in maharashtra if relation is in blood relation no stamp duty require for register power of authority. but i don't know in hyd rules in this regards. i want to get register power of authority with sale purchase right, and due to my brother health he can not able to travel from hyd to maharashtra. pl guide me in this regards

power of attorney for sale of property has to be registered . in Mahrashtra POA has to be on Rs 500 stamp paper . wait for your brother to recover and then register POA in maharashtra
