Power of attorney

Can a power of attorney given to me by my aunt to represent her in her property matters with various authorities be on a paper which is franked or does it have to be on Legal Stamp Paper only?

Yes, she can execute POA on your favour.
it is to be done on Rs.50/- stamp paper.
Since stamp duty differs, check it from your state.

My message has not been understood. I only want to know whether a Bank's franking on the POA is the same as a Printed Stamp Paper.
