Power of Attorney

Is it possible for me to present me on behalf of my father in the legal issues (in the court and government offices).
My father did not care about these matters.
Is it posdible with the help of power of attorney?

your father should engage a lawyer to appear in courts . he can execute power of attorney in your name to appoint advocates, to sign pleadings etc

Yes, After obtaining a general power of attorney from your father,you can do/act upon on behalf of your father.

Yes you can attend court proceeding and for more active participation get POA executed in your name by your father .
