Police verification of Job appoinment in railway

Hello sir.
I have been selected in railway job as class c employe in march 2016.
I am undergoing training.
But few day back my native Police station people has called for Police verification.

and it is posted that:

" I have visited the station. In course of enquiry Police people told that a closed case crpc 107 in 2009 is there in your name and sent me from Police station.......................... I have not involved in any cases previous. "

Is the police record false?

Ask police in writing or take help of some local lawyer to get report from police. Solution can be provided only after knowing the order of the magistrate.

Taluk Magstrate has already sent the letter to district magstrate that No case details of mine is recived to his office.
And Police station has sent to district magstrate that I have booked in the FIR and enclosed the same copy of Taluk magstrate
