Police verification for govt job

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 September 2018 This query is : Open
I have been fined by a railway court,of a remote location, now should I mention this in the bio data form for govt job where it is asked if convicted/fined/arrested by any court of law. If I am going to mention it I'm sure I won't get selected and if I don't mention there's a chance I could get my dream job, so please tell me what should I do. Should I take the risk , what are the chances of getting caught in the police verification. Please answer as soon as possible.

Please reply as soon as possible, there's a time constraint

1. You should not conceal the fact. of penalty imposed by Railway Court.
2. You have preferred to remain "anonymous" author and seeking obligation of experts FREE OF COST which is disallowed as per rules of this platform.
3. If you are in such a hurry (where you have stated time constraint) you should have sought professional services of a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters, leave it for experts to oblige you or not.

Mr. Anonymous, whomsoever your are,

When you are unable to discuss the exact verdict of the court even for the experts from whom you expect advice, you may write the same sentence, as "fired by railway court of remote location" in the data form, whatever that be.

When you don't know the name of the data form and even the nature of punishment by court that itself reveals that it is your purely hypothetical query, not a real problem.

Pls don’t post as AQ and post with your ID and you can get many responses.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number etc and don’t post these.
Before attaching any document erase all names, logo, email id, phone number, address etc to maintain confidentiality.
Obtain proper legal opinion in writing.

Don’t conceal anything.
Preferably approach alongwith with elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned employee’s/trade union leaders and find a very able LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law e.g; Labor/service matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, and your counsel can advise you after examining all docs, evidences on record ..and even help to fill the form, so as to defend your long term interest.
There are such very able counsels at each location.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL Labor court/CGIT, School-Educational Tribunal, CAT,civil courts, HC, SC…

If you don't err and conceal then you can expect relief from courts, if the need be.

I don't know the rules, thanks everyone, and this isn't hypothetical, also there is an airtight reason to remain anonymous, and it seems you all are very able lawyer, as you have said I do need a lawyer related to my field which I am going to get as soon as possible, but is it going to hurt to have first opinion.
First thing first, I am going to share everything I could, and i will leave it you to reply.
1. Passed SBI PO , yet to be interviewed, that's where bio data cum attestation form is needed (to prove my issue isn't hypothetical)
2. Fined under section 141, 145, and 146, a total fine of rs2500. Moreover, I was told by the RPF that these are petty offences they are slapping against me and won't create any problem for govt jobs.
Court clerks assured me that even if police verification comes, the respective documents will be under a huge pile.
Moreover, I specifically asked the honorable magistrate , and he also told me that these are petty offences which won't ruin my career.

About me, I understand the nuances that in any case you won't suggest to cheat/suppress anything from my employer, and I am not going to ask that.
I can't reveal my name because that's where the problem lies. Since the incident happened few months ago a simple name search in the Google will reveal some details. So if you could tell me should I take risk that police won't do the same during verification, or I declare everything and start looking for another job which don't have police verification.

Because I'm very realistic and this isn't the end right.
