Police harassing in 307 case even after getting anticipatory bail..

hi sir,we got anticipatory bail in 307 & other sections which is conditional-ie we need to appear before investigation officer every week untill the chargesheet is filed..now investgation officer(under political influence or might cuz of graft) harassing us in the name of investigation day by day...what is the remedy in such case?can i file complaint against investigation officer(CPI)?if so where and on what grounds?..please suggest me some solutions..thank u

Sir,

Firstly make an evidence to that affect and then move an application before the appropriate court to change the IO.
