Police dropping sections of fir.

Respected Sir,
I have lodged FIR u/s 447,454,380 IPC.
Police upon investigation (perhaps under the pressure of some influence)reduced the crime to be committed u/s 448 IPC in the chargesheet.
1.Police did not investigated the matter properly hence dropped sec 454 and 380.?There is no mention of them in CS.What can be done now to ensure that the investigation must be done impartially and fairly?

yes sir several articles such as building material,original paper files,wire bundles,AC etc were stolen.moreover the lock of almirah was changed too.

Consult your Good Advocate and Private Complaint to be Made in the Relevant Court to Instruct Police to register the Case on genuine grounds.

Better to make it Perfectly Implement it with the help of Local Good Senior Criminal Side Advocate and Obviously Your Presence would be Certainly required in the Honourable Courts.
