Police closing case no theft found

(Querist) 12 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
Sir

1. In a criminal case instituted against unknown theives through FIR the state police has not TRACED theives for stolen property and recommending case to be closed before JMIC.
PLease provide the case law to be provided to court so that JMIC can ask police to again investigate the case properly so that accused does not go scot free.
Thanks

case laws is matter of research, search yourself
Guest (Expert) 12 July 2014
Searching befitting caselaws is not a minute's job to be considered as a charitable job to be provided by others. Your own advocate has to make his own home work, including search of caselaws, before appearing before the magistrate.

Secondly, it is not understood what concern you have got with the case?

As far as citations, you may look for one by browsing the internet. I go with the stand taken by the experts on such issue.
