Dear Sir, The court imposed certain conditions on bail to be followed during investigation. the police neither filed chargesheet nor FR. What remedy the accused has in this situation.

How long back these conditions were imposed; what were these conditions? Unless we know these facts; we can not advise you. If the conditions are stiff and there is inordinate delay; then you can move same or higher court for relaxation of bail conditions.
