My friend is a trademan in BSF. He joined Bsf in 2005, He filled a form for SI deppt exam in 2012, He passed written for S I . Deppt Exam in 2012. after it he was passed by PST board in Height weight and Chest, means Physical Standard Test, after it he passed PET, means physical efficiency test, after it he was called for Medical, in Medical he was declared medical unfit in lessHeight, He was already passed by physical board before the medical, in remedical he was again declared medical unfit in lessHeight, Doctor can not declare medical unfit to any candidate in Medical test. No any rule in Medical science related it, MHA also made rules about it in 2015,
If doctor is liable for offence under ipc section 166
If Doctor work is Ultra vires

If physical height in measurement is found less by the doctor, do you know any rule of medical science to prove that the height measured by doctor was wrong?

Also, if not a lawyer or a law student, how and what do you know about IPC section 166, which you have quoted?
