Please help me

I am person from uttranchal.
My father-in -law in having ancestral property.
He is having 4 brother. Now he want his separate part of property but his other brothers are united. They are not interested to gave them any property.
Please help us.

Let your father in law file a suit for partition in the competent court for his share in the ansectral property.

YOUR FATHER IN LAW HAVE TO FILE CIVIL SUIT FOR PARTION AND SEPARATE POSSESSION OF HIS SHARE ,AGAINST HIS BROTHERS AND ALL JOINT FAMILY MEMBER.
