Dear Team,

2 Years back I have withdrawn my PF From an organisation when I left the company. I am currently unemployed for more than 3 months & half months. I am in need of funds. Can I withdraw my PF? will it effect my new employement when I am employed. As per guidelines How many times can we withdraw PF & PENSION?

You are aware about PF.

You can place a call to PRO of nearest PF office and meet also and obtain requisite information and forms/formats.

Probably you mean that:

--you have withdrawn funds from PF a/c that was opened by employer that you left 2years back.

--you want to withdraw funds from PF a/c that was opened by employer that you left 3.5 months back.

You can withdraw.

You shall incur loss from funds kept in pension component in case of withdrawal and withdrawal might be subject to tax treatment.
