Sir,

i have filed the petition on behalf of husband against her wife to seek divorce under sectin 10 (x) of indian divorce act.

my ground against wife is
a) she has leave her matrimonail house without any reason.
b) She is having probelm of Menstrual Period and she has kept it secret from husband and after marriage the wife is not having Mestrual period.
c) she always refuse to have sex with her husband.

can i filed the medical examination of wife for not having mentstrul period and their is any latest citation on above ground of divorce for husband.

You have to look for some other good grounds.

Menstrual period is medical illness very common among the women. since you have studied various ground for divorce then proceed accordingly.
