Sir,
i hv taken personal loan for my in-laws medical conditions from 2 banks before 4-5 yrs. But currently I am not working anywhere so I don't hv certain income source and I am unable to pay installment on time. So 1 bank gv me settlement amount ₹81000 in July 16, but tht also I m unable to pay on time, therefore I m paying it in small amounts and till now I paid₹63000, balance is ₹18000. Now the bank is saying, I hv paid only 23000₹ nd again I hv to pay another settlement amount. I hv a proposal letter of settlement amount &81000.
One more bank is harassing me, that one fir is launched in police station against me. And sec.132 is going to put and warrant also thy will send against me. I told abt my situation. They r nt giving me settlement amount, bank is saying pay all principal amount. This is nt possible for me.
Pls help me, as I m very much helpless.

I think I hv put wrong section as I am not aware of law section or acts.
I also gave blank cheque to both banks. I hv noticed that 1 bank is depositing tht cheque after my settlement account started. But tht account is closed nd cheque gt bounce. Why that bank is doing so?

First, you show your identity Yes, you quoted the wrong section.... that is under section 138 NI act, Better to consult a local lawyer and act accordingly.

The first Bank may file a civil action against you; the second Bank has already filed a criminal case under Section 138 NI Act. There are no easy solutions.

But I hv nt received any copy of fir or any document.
I want to know that if I m paying or settling my loan account then when shld I gt NOC of bank (within how many days)? And if bank is nt giving my ecs cheque return then what I hv to do?

I am dipti from kalyan, this week I am going to meet zonal head of collection department for settlement of another bank.
Yes I hd tken 2 personal loans from 2 different banks for my in-laws medical treatment. 1 loan is going to close in this month. But as I mentioned above I am nt financial stable. So it's not possible for me to pay /settle another bank account.
Pls help me. What should I do.

1. What made you to conceal your identity and post this thread as "anonymous" author, since the experts do not entertain such query as per rules of this platform?
2. How much do you save by concealing spelling in a word such as "tht"; "hd"; "tkn" etc. etc. which put the reader to think twice before completing the exact word which you want to communicate? Whether there is some word counting/ limitation to type your full word; or with the aim that the experts may not understand your contention easily?

I am waiting for expert suggestions. I meet to collection department of bank. They are not ready to do settlement and asked me to pay principal amount in one installment. In this case what should I do?
