Pay protection

Sir, I want to know that am I eligible for pay protection.
I took technical resignation from Central Govt. organisation with G.P. 2400/- for the service of 1 year 6 months service where my probation isn't completed and I joined Delhi Jal board with G.P. 1900/-.
1) Is the completion of probation required for pay protection.
2) Is any clause of pay protection for higher to lower grade pay.
3) Is any clause of pay protection from Central Govt. on Technical resignation and join Delhi govt. on direction recruitment without interview.

You joined the new post in lower grade pay with your own wish. or any employee transferred to another department in lower grade pay, on punishment meausre also not eligible for pay protection. so the question of pay protection does not arise.

Since you have submitted your resignation (which cannot be termed as "technical during your probation i.e., before confirmation) you are ineligible for protection of your pay.
Moreover, you had opted to join a lower grade job @ 1900/-, where is the question of protection of your pay, which was @ 2400/-?
