Sir, i am switching my job from central government to government of delhi in same grade pay(4600). Am I eligible for pay protection and lien ???

If it is fresh appointment, pay protection is not possible and you will be governed by the service conditions of the post.

First switch over and then ask depending upon discussion, how you could switch over the job and that too, if you face any such problem. Mere mention of "switching" over cannot give detail and certainty of your switching over.

Presently you don't have any such problem.
