Pay Protection in Rajasthan Government

Sir, I have been served to delhi govt as Statistician for 10 years. Now I have selected by RPSC for the post of Statistical Officer in Rajasthan Govt. Whether my pay will be protected by Rajasthan Govt, If I resigns technically from Delhi Govt ?

there will be no pay protection if you resign the job and go. however if you are deputed by your current employer to the new position, you will be entitled for pay protection.

Yes sir. I applied for new post through proper cchannel and have no objection certificate.

If applied through proper channel, you would be eligible for pay protection after your technical resignation is accepted by the competent authority.

Sir, there will be 2 years probation period and fix pay of Rs. 15000/- will be given during the probation period.
Rules are silent for the candidates already in service in other Governments/Autonomous bodies but pay will be protected for Rajasthan Government employees.

You will have to show all the case related documents for examination. Any academic question and supplemetary question has no relevance.

If you have referred the rules and instructions of the Government, issued so far, you may also have to reproduce the same for examination.
