Hi, i applied for fresh tatkal passport in september month through an agent because i was unable to make (annexure f) verification certificate so i call an agent he done with the annexure f from a class I officer i submit all address & id proff like voter id, adhar card, bank pass book and i got the passport within 3 days , but on 19 nov i get a show cause notice
and the letter comes to me written over there
Clarifications required regarding issuance of passport facilities to naveen kumar
And verification i submitted that is fake ,
What should i do now i have to surrender the passport and i tried to call that agent his cell phone is getting switch off , please suggest me something i have to travel abroad in the month of Jan

There is biggest racket in issuing Tatkal passport.
In WB very recently the racket is busted where seal and signatures of class-I officers were forged.
Reveal the truth in show cause.

You have been cheated by the agent. Consult a local lawyer and reply.

If you have received the notice, yo have to reply to that. Your laziness or short cut approach had cost you dearly, pay it.

thanks so much but are you sure they will just ask me and they will not impound my passport because i have to travel next month and my police inquiry is clear
please suggest me .
Because he fraud with so many peoples as i heard and one of guy went passport office they surrendered his passport in there custody and they said when the case will solved then they will dispatch the passport i don't want to surrendered my passport because i have to travel . i'm totally confuse what i should i do or not , the agent no. is getting switch of since last 15 days .
