THESE BE USED FOR PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR PASSPORT RENEWAL .

BECAUSE IN PASSPORT NAME WILL

BE IN FULL, BUT MY ADDRESS PROOFS CONTAIN INITIALS OF MY NAME ..

visit passport office personally . it should not create problems as your middle name is reflected in aadahr card in initials

Different nodal centers have different practice.Don't you have a votor id card or a nationalized bank's passbook with address?
All nodal offices accept them.

It may create identity problem, however, you may add an affidavit duly notarised as a precaution stating that both the names belong to one and the same person, this may sometimes waive the requirement of any other clarification in this regard.
