Partnership of ngos

Can 2 different NGOs registered as society, form a Partnership togather to run a school, whereby the management will be handled by the jointly by the partnership.
Case is:-
There is a school named*********** and 2 different NGOs are AWEWS and Aurora, which are registered as society with the concerned authority, have jointly founded the school and are willing to form a single entity which will be jointly owned by these 2 NGOs and a team of academic and administrative has been put in place and the management is to be controlled by any single entity, which in turn is be jointly owned by these 2 NGOs. Hope I made my point clear. Looking forward for your response.

Thanks for your insight.
My query is whether these 2 NGOs can jointly run this school?
Trust can be made with Individuals, and the NGOs cannot participate in decision making.
What kind of formation can be opted for this so that the NGOs have their powers through their presidents.
Please assist.

The articles and memo of asso. of both NGOs need to be seen. Such school can be started in joint venture but it should not violate the bylaws of the said NGOs.

You are welcome.. there is a normal process of executing such joint venture project by mentioning the terms which should not violate the basic structure of the said NGOs. but it is advisable to consult a local lawyer to help you.

@ Mr Yogen, Dear Sir,Thank you for the insight. The local lawyers are more into Civil, Criminal matters and are not conversant with Corporate/Business Laws. I got your point on executing the joint venture by registering a contractual deed. But under which authority this joint venture shall be registered, is it Registrar of Partnership or somewhere else.
