Respected Experts One of our Registered Partnership firm (consisting of 4 members) dissolved on 9/9/2014.There is no fixed assets in the name of firm. kindly advice there is any deed of relinquishment is required in this regard.

In case of a registered firm you need to file requisite form dissolution of partnership firm

When a registered Partnership Firm is dis-solved and got it registered before the concerned authority, there is no question of execution of a Relinquishment Deed again.
