Partnership business

My partner has locked the shop arbitrary. Total investment is mine. Documents are registered in court. Partnership is on 50% P/L . How to proceed ahead.
Please guide accordingly..

My partner has also done mischievous activity on 25-12-2015 by bringing face of goat which was kept in counter and later on he hit the eyes of goat by Sua.
And after ten days he locked the shutter..

Admit a new partner and then remove your old partner.

Give formal police complaint and break open the shop in the presence of policy. Later you do your own business

Give me a copy of deed to advise you further.
