my name was in original suit, I received notice, but I not appear court, not appointed advocate also. so I am ex-parte. preliminary decree passed and shares of petitioner and defendant declare Now the case is at final decree proceeding. I approached the court and get impleaded myself with application to set -aside ex-parte order , same allowed and set-aside ex-parte order. now I made an application at final decree proceeding to determine my share and declare my share. application pending can I get my share,? can this court i.e FINAL DECREE PROCEEDING court at this stage declare my share.

You are clever person. first you deny to attend court knowingly to hamper the proceeding. Now you know that the Ld court is going to pass an order which is not in your favour so secondly you attend in court and want a fruit full order in favour of YOU. what the order may came out it is well known to YOU.

The court will decide about your share on merits provided you have established your entitlement in the property as per law.
