The law of inheritance are different for Sunni and Shia. However,in the given case, the sisters are excluded irrespective of the School they belong, though for different reasons.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 27 December 2014
the sisters claim in the property sold by the widow of deceased x is illegal even as per the law of inheritance of Muslim personal law (sharia), however if they have initiated the sit against the latest buyer, the latest buyer has-to defend his purchase with the help of supporting documents.
