Parking stilts rule in a housing society

(Querist) 01 March 2015 This query is : Resolved
One of the flat owners in the society has one
2 BHK flat in our society. He has rented out his flat in our society and stays in a flat in another building.

These person still is the secretary of our society even without staying in the society. This person is politically connected and had done many illegal things in the society like converting his stlit parking into offices. He
is on a buying spree of purchasing stilts in the office for converting them into offices.

I wanted to know what the Housing Society rules says about purchase of multiple stilts by a single falt owner in a society.
What is the correct forum to complain about this illegal activity by remaining anonymous without getting into confrontation with this person who is a goon and has political connection.

You would succeed in your mission without disclosing your identity, against influential is doubtful. To check any illegal activity help of court has to be taken, for which identity is to be disclosed.

Lodge complaint with the municipality.

parking slots cannot be converted into offices . lodge complaint with muncipal corporation in this regard .you can also move cooperative court against society and said flat owner for permitting illegal conversion

If you feel that you cannot fight, keep quiet. If you wish to exercise your right, fight back by making complaint to the Municipality or by initiating legal action.
