Pagadi system building

Hello Everyone,

We posses the pagadi sytem house of 365 sq.ft carpet area and going under redevelopment.so the developer will provide the new area as per buildup or carpet?
Building is situated in Dombivli

I assume that we don't have to pay any construction cost to developer.If he ask for construction cost will it be as per market rate or any discounted rate. How much area he will give us.

If we want 50-100 sqt more area at what rate he can demand from us?

Also, could you provide me any further information on procedure for redevelopment under pagadi system.

in your agreement with builder new flat would be provided as per carpet area . additional are can be demanded as per market rate . whether construction cost is to be paid or not would depend upon your negotiating skills with builder .generally builder bears the construction cost

You have to refer to the development agreement with the builder. If agreement not executed yet, get it vetted by your lawyer before execution.

Go through the terms of your agreement before you raise any subsequent query as the agreement is final and binding for both of you.
