PWDV case

Sir,
My wife filed dv case on me and my mom. She is getting maintenance from 125 and with dv she has prayed for maintenance ND return of stridhan. Only told mental cruelty and for dowry she alleged. No date and time mentioned. And she is working Whr as in affidavit she said she is not working. I hav to give reply of that petition. What prelims. Objectionals I should file. Plz help me.

You may deny all allegations claims and charges and submit parawise reply affidavit and mention grounds and actual facts and total family members including old parent unmarried sisters and minor brothers depending on you and also mention about her employment and salary details with documentary proof. Court will pass just and proper order. If you are o.k with order mater ends .you may challenge said order before superior court if required and pray for stay and revision of same.good luck
