in spite of cancellation of poa one took it back from the attorney. but the attorney sold away the property to third person with the help of certified copy of the same. is there any way to get back the sold land

If the sale was after cancellation of poa you are safe.You could serve a Notice to the Registrar to cancel the sale deed with all evidences mentioning that Registrar would be a Party in the Criminal case to be filed. first.Consult and appoint a Local good senior civil side advocate.

Whether cancellation of POA was duly sent through registered post / taken acknowledgement on cancellation deed from the POA holder?

Whether cancellation deed was duly registered?

Show all documents to local lawyer and discuss in detail.
