Dear Experts,
I would like to request you to advice for my question:-
As per rule whether we can continue the pf deduction of any employee who has completed 58 years though while monthly accounting we will keep pension section zero & both amount will be in pf column EE & ER .However we will fill his 10-D form for family pension. Is it O.K.

A vague query without the the background details and unfit for an opinion. You have not stated that whether your organisation is a government concern or private, if govt, whether the employee has retired or not, if yes, how is continuing in his employment, retired employees will get pension, pf cannot be deducted from pension, so be clear in what you want to clarify.
