Take legal action against the builder and the society member. Contact local advocate and consult with him.

1. The Society can legally deal ONLY with its registered members.
2. The Builder can legally deal ONLY with the Society and its registered members.
3. An Occupant has rights ONLY when he has a Sale Deed with the original owner.
4. An Occupant can seek Remedy in the local Civil Court, supported with all relevant documentary evidences and witnesses. Till Then .... No Rights.

BE CAREFUL & IGNORE some "EXPERTS", who are extraordinarily ignorantly ARROGANT with an Unruly Mental Itch. Not good in a Legal Profession. Must desist from such habit-forming nuisance.
