Own sister not allowing her elder sister to meet her father and mother

(Querist) 25 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
Respected sir's and madams.
My grandfather has self ownedproperty of 375 yds.
He is aged above 75yrs and he is not mentally fit in condition . He has 3 daughters X ,Y and Z.
Land is on his name only . Both X and Y came to mutual understanding and given 250 yds for development on their fathers name only and the remaing 125 yds Z registered on her name as she refused to give for development.

Grand father and grand mother both are staying with Z in 125yds as she is a widow. Nw she is poising grandmothers mind against X and not allowing X and their children to see their grand father. Z is playing cheap tricks and she is sayng that land is on her name and X has no ryt to see her father or mother .and one more thing is 250 Yds land is beside Z land and its under construction when ever X is visiting the sight she is trying to create a fight wantedly . And over builder is also fed of Z as she is quaralling with him also.
Our grand father is eager to see X as he loves her very. Much but Z is not allowing to meet.
Is their any way to send legal. Notice to z so that she will keep quite and not interfear in between X
Pls help us

As the land is still in the name of your grand father your mother and aunt X and Y have no right to construct anything on that. I do not know on what basis X and Y are undertaking the construction that too by taking a builder into the picture.
