Our case in HC is being delayed even though SC ordered HC

Our case is being delayed in HC for more than one year eventhough SC ordered HC to resolve our case preferably within 8 weeks. Can we file petition in SC to give order to HC to transfer our case to another bench to resolve our case immediately

First let your advocate make a Pleading in the Concerned Court before or after Hearing.The Honorable Judge would request the Bench Clerk to make a note of the Case and it would be Posted for Hearing in 3 days.
