(Querist) 27 May 2015 This query is : Resolved
Greetings of the day to all learned experts....

Inspite of all information provided for the query lot of experts asks following question....

"How you are concerned with this query...."

I humbly want to know the reason behind this question... If a person don't know how much is 2+2 then instead of giving the answer should we ask him that why are you asking this... I know that law is not a matter of mathematical precision... Different lawyers have their own opinions....sometimes judges have different opinion...

Dear querist, this type of answers are very essential for us as because the people often ask academic , imaginary and hypothetical questions here wasting time of the experts.
Hence we make it sure that the query asked does relate to the persons who asked the query.

Mr. Karan Gaur,

When you admit that "law is not a matter of mathematical precision... different lawyers have their own opinions....sometimes judges have different opinion..." why not give full inormation at the outset of the question to extract the logical reply from most of the experts.

Further, if the querist has no personal problem, how an expert would know, whether the querist asks the question as a prosecutor, defendant or just to take revenge from some one else to whom the problem relates.

While strategies for prosecution and defence are quite different, most of the experts do not prefer to become part of the revengeful strategy to provide negative nature of help to a person, who has asked to settle his score with someone else.

Further, academic queries by a student or any unconcerned person tends to cause several supplementary questions subsequently, as he is not aware of the complete background history of the case. That become a cause of sheer waste of time of all experts, who want to share their knowledge with the querist.

I hope you can well understand, why the experts are required to be aware of the relation of the querist with the problem and the relevance of question before reply.

I know, you can't relish my reply on your questions, as you conveyed to me on phone day before yesterday, but it was necessary to make you aware, why querist is required to make the experts aware of why he is asking that question. At most times, I have observed that when students fail to extract answer to their academic queries, they change their profile information to several fake positions to show as if they do not belong to student category. BUT they usually fail to change the nature of question from academic exercise to the nature of real problem. Now, please don't mind, even in your own case, while till yesterday, you were a "ADVOCATE" as per your profile, but the word "advocate" has disappeared from your profile today. Is there any specific reason for that?

@ Mr. Dhingra

Sir...No person in this world is perfect...if someone thinks that he is perfect his progress halts because he stops learning...What is wrong in that a question is asked by a student...If something is lacking in the query that is to be required humbly...if someone really want to share his knowledge...Everybody is student in this world...Only a person who invents something must have the reason to be proud of...still he should stay humble...in my childhood it had been taught...that as powerful you are so humble you should be..

Aapko mujhse bina jaan pahchaan hi pata nahi kis baat ki khunnas hai..i don't know...aur mujhe ye bhi pata hai...ki aap mujhse kabhi sahmat nahi honge...hote hai kuch log jo bevajah hi kisi se naraj rahte hain...but mujhe aapse koi shikayat nahi hai...

Mr. Karan Gaur,

Yeh kahna aapka bilkul galat hai ki mai aapse kabhi sahmat nahin hoonga. Mai aapke iss baat se poori tarah sahmat hoon ki, "No person in this world is perfect...if someone thinks that he is perfect his progress halts because he stops learning...What is wrong in that a question is asked by a student..."

Mai aapki iss baat se bhi sahmat hoon ki, "Everybody is student in this world..." Thoughout my life I have been a learner. I try to learn good things from those who are even downtrodden or neglected by the society.

But, I do not know whether you would be agreeable with me that a student, if he has to become a good lawyer, must have to concentrate on his study material and the law text books and should form his own analysical views and opinions on any legal issue. I welcome only those students, who comes forward with his own views with cogent reasons and then asks for correction, if he has any doubt, in his views and opinions arrived at by virtue of his own studies, BUT NOT those, who come forward just to solve their law school exercises through experts without making their own efforts and without understanding the logic behind that.

In my early twenties, a single instance made me aware what should I do to learn something when on asking for solution of a prctical problem my superior asked me to get hold of the related text books, read them, come next day with your own understanding and to discuss thoroughly on the issue with him. I had to go through the relevant parts of the books and on his asking I told him, what I could understand. On that he made me understand fully what's what of that problem and how to tackle that. When I asked, the same could well have been told by him the earlier day also. He just made me to understand, had he given me the solution that day, I would not get the habit of going through the basics of the legislation and the process to solve the problems.

You must know that experts here have to give clues and hints for solution to any problem, not to hold tutorials to make a student understand every bit of the legal course of action by 100% spoon feeding. If he is so lethargic that he does not want to touch his classroom tutorials and law books, he should not have any expectation from the experts for any kind of help. He may better take tution from some of his nearby expert or through online arrangement from his choicest expert to understand the nitty gritty of the law.

You also have the need to know that the experts here have been giving charitable services by wasting their valuable time, energy and huge cost of infrastructure only to help the laymen, who get themselves implicated in some legal tangle due to their ignorance and is also unable to afford huge cost of indefinite and long stretching legal struggle.

I hope you must have understood the central idea about requirements of a student, if he really want any help, and why should not deserve or how he can get help from experts.

MIND IT, DESRVING STUDENTS CANNOT ALSO BE EXPECTED TO TREAT THE EXPERTS AS MERE IDIOTS BY HOODWINKING THEM WITH FAKE IDENTIES.
