Can anyone please suggest me

it is contract between you and software company. request them to not to deposit original certificate.

If you break the Bond, panel provisions of the Bond would be evoked and as per Bond terms you would be held liable to pay as per the panel provisions. Companies prefer to deposit the originals to ensure that the candidate does not leave the service till Bond exist.

If you do not wish to agree for the terms and conditions set out in the offer letter for employment, better make a call accordingly instead of hanging around it as if you cannot find out a better job.
