Online shopping non delivery of product despite repeateldy placing requests

sir,
I placed an order with shopping.indiatimes.com for a camera and payment was made with credit card on 16th of november 2012.
on 27th of november I received a message of delivery of the said product whereas the product was not delivered at the designated address.
On the very same day i.e. 27th november 2012 a complaint with regard to the non delivery of the said product was lodged with the shopping site.
i was informed that the product was delivered and some Sachin had signed for taking the delivery whereas No Sachin exists at my dwelling.
what relief I can have from consumer court and I have already placed a complaint on line with the consumer forum.

you have already filed complaint with consumer forum regarding non delivery of product . you must have asked for refund of money paid with interest . the Op will file its reply and after hearing both parties and going through the evidence order will be passed by the consumer forum . it may take 2 years for disposal of your complaint by District consumer forum

No other option except to wait for the decision of consumer forum, as you have alredy filed a complaint with the forum. Be ready with your strong evidence in your favour as against the evidence of the opposite party.
