1. Is it really valid one to file our cases ?
2. How will the respondant get the notice in such case as we dont provide hard copy of petition.?
3. WHow wIll we get the hearing date notified?

Yes, you can submit your grievance/representation. However, thee need not be any assurance that the grievance would receive due consideration.

Venu Sir, Not grievence. But it looks online petition submission itself. It asked fr court fee and all. If I put a petition will the respondant be informed of it to attend the case.
