Official fraud by a senior employee

Respected Sir,
I just want to inquire that whether official financial frauds can be brought to the Court as a complaint. I am Agent in LIC.
Actually, my development officer in LIC, defrauded me by manipulating with some of my cases and loggin with another Agent of his team.
Now upon my complaint, LIC is favours only their employees not agents.
Kindly Advise: how can i bring this matter to court against that employee or LIC as a whole????

It is felt that such query has already been discussed.
Who has signed as agent on portion for agents in proposal form, CIR etc? You or someone else?
If you have got the evidence then you can approach agents unions,Chairman, Head-Vigilance of LIC and IRDA, police, court as well.
Your customer , proposer can also be your witness.
The insurer has signed an agreement with you: agency agreement and has to show character,integrity, honesty with you.
If IRDA takes up decides such matters it shall levy huge penalty. The insurer therefore tries to defend it from huge financial penalties.......................although it should on its own deliver natural justice.

If you have solid proofs, lodge complaint to the higher authorities, Region office, Divisional Manager, corporate office and to vigilance department of LCI.
