Office purchase

Dear Experts,

Please brief me about the situation that I have purchase a office premises in one the building in Goa, I have paid half of the amount to the builder and builder have failed to give me the possession of my office and he have not completed the same. this I had purchased in the year 2009. now some civil suits are going on the builder and he has gone bankrupt. pl advise how to proceed in a legal way to acquire possession and is it possible to complete my office on my own cost? thanks.

Yes, as advised by experts, it will be better if you proceed with specific performance suit against the vendor.

Dear Experts,

You had advised me for specific performance but after filling the suit, the builder is expired and his legal heirs are totally broke down. now what is the stand i have and from whom to claim my money and premises? please advise we are in big soup. please help.. thanks.

@Tanazz Shaik,
I appreciate your concern about the legal representatives of the Builder against whom you are planning to move to the court, however, Law do not go by sentiments as expressed by you.
