Occupancy certificate

Hi,

I recently went to buy residential property.

The agent showed me document which he said was single occupancy certificate for multiple buildings.

Is it possible to verify correctness of it.

The Certificate Of Occupancy are Issued After all paper Works are completed ,all necessary Approvals have been obtained from appropriate agencies ,all fees to the depts are Paid and All relevant Violations are Resolved for the Whole Building.When you say Multiple Building It Would be in the Same Compound and Refer the Concerned Certificate Which should State all the details Or confirm the Same with the authority which had Issued the Same.
