Obstruction to enter leased property

(Querist) 06 March 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir
We, a PSU have taken a leased property to do some business activity. Now the owner is obstructing us to enter the premises and not to allow to discharge duties as a public servant. Under which section of Cr.PC, we can file a complaint to police authority for obstruction to enter the premises as well as to discharge duty as a public servant.

Dear Anil Kumar,

You may approach local police as mediator. There must be some issue with owner.

but, adhere to your service rule protocols before any move.

What are the reasons of doing so.

Lodge police complaint against the landlord if you are not violating the lease terms. Police would apply section itself. Take in confidence your seniors.

Unbelievable story. A PSU taken a leased property to do some business and owner did not handover physical vacant possession....Unbelievable.....There is something more inside the story/query.
If true, what did your law department doing? Did you lodge a police complaint?
