Now i want to apply in Delhi
Can i get it cancelled from Haryana

First check if the your OBC caste in Haryana is existing in any such reserved caste in Delhi.
In many cases the OBC or any other caste in one state is listed in same or other list of reserved category or may be it is covered in general category where no benefit exists.
If the OBC caste in Haryana exists in OBC caste for Delhi than you can use the caste certificate you got in your hand otherwise apply for new caste certificate in Delhi if you are eligible for same.

As my castle is there in obc list of Delhi
