I want to apply obc certificate but my grandfather land deed their has no titel mention so what prove should i show to apply for obc can i get cast letter from counciller please help me

Contact the concerned department and submit the documents required by them. In case of problem, discuss with them.

Can take help of local lawyer.

Family income is the criterion for deciding the creamy layer concept which is Rs.8 lakhs now, noprovided the community u belong is listed under OBC.Apply to the Tahsildar for issue of the same if these conditions fulfilled.

If YOUR Family Annual INCOME FALLS SHORT OF LESS THAN Rs.8 lacs you can obtain OBC certificate from Local Tehsildar office under non creamy layer quota.
