About my wife's treatment her cousin-doctor cum primary teacher brothers' stubborn attitude I was bound to carry out their order. At that time I was completely helpless. They took controlling power of their sister/my wife's treatment. Sometimes I expressed my resentment boldly but they were adament. They took advice from three doctors - Dr. G.K. Ghatak-Barasat, Dr. Sanjib Kumar Saha-Habra and Prof. Subhas Chandra Biswas. Dr. G.K. Ghatak suggested whole abdomen CT. Scan of my wife and CA-125. I insisted my wife to examine TC scan of whole abdomen from Nightingale Hospital, Kolkata under WBHS Scheme 2008. Report says says-Uterus and Adnexae: Evidence of thick walled complex cystic SOL-s are noted in bilateral adnexae. There is evidence of cyst wall and septal enhancement in these lessions. Ovaries are not separately visualised. few focal hypo densities are noted in posterior myometrium and Evidence of bilateral spondylolysis is noted at L5 vertebra. Focal pleural tag and focal calcification seen in right lower zone. Impression :CECT of whole abdomen feature suggestive of - complex tuboovarian SOL in bilateral adnexae -? infective inflammatory? Neoplastic aetiology. Plevic MRI suggested and CA-125 was 103.6 U/ml. The said doctor suggested Laparoscopy but nothing had been done by them and they did not take any opinion from me. At last the said doctor referred for consultation Dr. T. J. Banerjee or Prof. Dr. Subhas Ch. Biswas. This doctor advised for laparoscopy and proceed but nothing has been done and at last Dr./Prof Subhas Chandra Biswas suggested _Conservative Operation when my wife was in critical condition and was admitted into Divine Nursing Home, Kolkata on 10th August, 2014 under WBHS Scheme 2008. But her cousin-doctor-primary teacher brothers insisted Dr. Subhas Chandra Biswas to prescribe medicine "endosis capsule" but no improvement was made of my wife. Her delayed-painful-longer-heavier menstrual cycles continued which started since March 12th, 201. Under this circumstances my wife went her mother's house and returned on 31st August, 2014 and again she came back to her maternal's house on 6th September, 2014 taking all medicines, all medical reports and prescriptions, cosmetics and her clothing and valuable documents according to her own will and her mother and elder cousin doctor -primary -teacher -brother's wish and will quarreling with me about puja gifts given to her relatives. I personally went to my mother in law house and met her, requested to come back but refused. I again contacted to her over mobile. I also wrote a letter to the Protection Officers of Chinsurah, Hooghly and Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Chairman of Aaini Pariseba of Hooghly, Moitri of Chandernagore Police Station. No response came to me. Then I took the advice of a local lawyer to send her letter and money order of Rs. 2000 per month. In spite of that I appealed to her cousin-doctor-primary teachers' brother to arrange a sitting for discussion regarding this problem but they refused and at last she lodged case under section 125 Cr.P.C. claiming maintenance of Rs. 20000/- per month and a number of allegations against me and my ailing parents. Many times she always threatened me with dire consequences if I did not carry out her words.Some times I was bound to use the floor of our room for sleep at night. Everyday I was bound to do all the house hold works including my official duties and tried to maintain to meet her demands and wishes.
