But my parents got n b w warrant for arrest 138 n I act and opposite party have good relationship with police. They haven't served any summons by police and now they are trying to harassment and I don't want to appear in court and I m ready to pay but I need 6 months time. So kindly suggest what to do.

You can engage an advocate and appear in the Court and take bail before the Police has got an opportunity to serve the NBW. Granting of bail in such cases is routine matter. The matter could be compromised or compounded in subsequent hearings.

Without wasting time ...
Approach your own very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters having successful track record ………and worth his/her salt… further action.
Check at LOCAL courts complex.
Your counsel shall defend you..and even settle matter and moreover you are also willing to settle and pay...

Much prior to the police arrest you with NBW you apply for bail through your advocate in court.
Adv. Yogesh Pawar (Expert) 08 April 2018
You have not mentioned how long your case is pending and from when (duration) you have not appeared before court.
138 NI is bailable offence.
You may directly go to Court with bail/surety and pray to the court to cancel NBW issued against you and also mention reasons why you were not present before the court. The NBW will be cancelled with some amount of penalty and but you will also have to furnish surety. If you are admitting your liability then give written pursis before court that you will pay the amount in 6 months.
