Notice recovery

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 04 April 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I joined the company XYZ on 8th Jan and resign on 30th Jan because of some issue. This resign is asked from Head of HR and leave the company on that day. And said to me you will get 23 days salary in your account which I got in next day 31st Jan.
But today I got an email from payroll section of Company that for full and final settle you need to give xyz amount in company account after that they will give me exp certificate which is not relevant for me.
As i got one FNF sheet with an email in which Notice recovery is mentioned with XYZ amount.

And for which notice period they are talking about because this was the HR call to leave the company without serving the notice period. please suggest.

Instead of making rounds to the court I 'd advice you to serve notice period or pay xyz amount equal to notice period under proper acknowledgment although HR department asked you to leave first. Take relieving orders, your academic certificates , Service certificate if you are interested because you;'ve served the company for a short period

.Or apprise your prospective employer the whole situation and circumstances and after hearing you they may relax relieving orders etc and take you in in their employment. Ask your previous employer your Marks certificates. contact HR people and inform MD of your leaving and return of Marks sheets and certificates under proper acknowledgment./
You first issue a Legal notice to them demanding to handover said documents in their possession under proper acknowledgement..Either you serve notice period or pay xyz amount and after taking all your important documents and relieving orders under proper acknowledgment t and receiving Your F&F as promised by them under proper acknowledgement you leave company and be on the look out of prospective employer or new employer.
